Requirements

• Pennsylvania K–12 Principal Certification (PDE)
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching experience and certification
• Master’s degree in education or a related field
• 5+ years of K–12 school experience
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience
• Experience in school improvement initiatives
• Experience in virtual, online, or blended learning environments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Ability to travel in- and out-of-state as required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology
