Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and organised People & Culture Summer Intern to join our team for a fixed summer placement. This role is ideal for someone studying HR, People & Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline who wants hands-on experience supporting people operations in a fast-paced, values-led organisation.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, inclusive approach to interacting with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn HRIS tools and basic reporting techniques.
  • Respectful of confidentiality and data protection principles; demonstrates integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an ability to work independently under guidance from the People & Culture team.
