Job Description
The People Analytics Analyst will work remotely in the US, analyzing complex people data and delivering actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across multiple business units. The role requires 3+ years of client-facing People Analytics experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in inferential statistics (e.g., correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python (advanced tools preferred, but not required)
  • Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, employee listening, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of quality
