Job Description
Lumen is seeking a People and Culture Manager to serve as an HR advisor to executive leaders, advising on leadership effectiveness and organizational capabilities. The role focuses on culture transformation, employee development, and leveraging workforce analytics to inform workforce planning. The position is remote and open to US candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of HR experience in complex organizations
  • Proven, exceptional partnering skills across HR teams and business leaders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link business strategies, talent priorities, and HR programs to drive organizational success
  • Expertise in coaching leaders to strengthen effectiveness, navigate change, and build high-performing teams
  • Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility
  • Proven track record of using workforce analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights
  • Deep HR knowledge, including processes and talent management practices
