Job Description
Joyful Health is a startup building an AI-powered financial operating system for healthcare practices. The company is looking for a Senior Manager, People & Business Operations to join their Operations team. The role will involve supporting people operations, enablement, and internal initiatives, as well as building and maintaining onboarding and training content.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in operations, people ops, enablement, or a similar role
  • Experience at a startup or small, fast-growing company is strongly preferred
  • Experience wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • You have a 'figure it out' mentality
  • You're highly organized and execution-oriented
  • You're comfortable facilitating and communicating
