People Business Partners are strategic members of EnviroServe's People Team who embody our culture and core values and can support group teams.
Requirements
5+ years of proven performance as a strategic People Business Partner
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Foundational understanding of People Team analytics and experience with People Team systems & tools
Effective communication and influencing skills
Highly collaborative style
Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to independently lead
Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and Team Members grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and Team Members alike
