Job Description
Moose Toys is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support the Vice President, People & Culture, in delivering P&C programs and initiatives across all facets of human resources for the Americas. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across departments to ensure consistent P&C support and adoption of policies and programs, and will work closely with teams to embed the Moose culture and ensure the team continues to live The WOW every day.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong foundation in HR Generalist duties and preferably experience in a Human Resources Business Partner capacity.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-country workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area of focus.
