Role OverviewLead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Arlington and Columbus sites, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Serve as the strategic 'gatekeeper' for employee concerns and foster positive workplace relationships. Facilitate a high-impact onboarding process and represent the organization at career fairs and industry events.
What You Will Do
Lead recruitment, employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, and multi-site support. Manage employee records, prepare reports, and execute regional engagement initiatives. Bridge the gap between corporate and field P&C operations and protect company trade secrets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a P&C or HR role
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of HR practices and federal/state employment laws
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and significant experience with ADP
- Ability to work independently as a field-based partner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
