Job Description
The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting all administrative functions of the People & Culture team while providing stellar customer service directly to team members. This is a highly administrative position that requires skills in Excel and MS Office.

Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and an enthusiastic 'Hospitality Heart' supporting others
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience public speaking
  • Detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of all applicable HR laws, codes, and regulations
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, integrity and professionalism in all transactions
  • Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, and take initiative
