Job Description
Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an outstanding People & Culture Manager to join the exceptional Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources strongly preferred.
  • Proven advanced knowledge of employment laws.
  • Strong recruitment and talent management skills.
  • Proven experience with UKG/UltiPro systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Ability to handle complex associate issues with the upmost professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
