The People Generalist is a key member of the People team, partnering with leaders and employees across the U.S. while owning end-to-end recruiting and core people operations, including payroll and benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle, combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner, with experience in payroll and benefits.
  • Recruiting hands-on experience required, including strong full-cycle ownership of the hiring process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels.
