Role Overview

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a People Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and People Operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing critical people data, supporting compensation and incentive programs, and translating data into clear insights and compelling narratives.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Analyst will conduct market compensation benchmarking, support compensation planning, analyze internal and external compensation trends, and maintain compensation data integrity and reporting. They will also track and maintain Long-Term Incentive Plan participant data and vesting schedules, administer and analyze bonus tracking and repayment programs, and conduct employee benefits surveys and market benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Compensation, HR Operations, Finance, Workforce Planning, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data modeling
  • Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
