Role OverviewThe People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a positive, efficient, and forward-thinking People environment. The role is responsible for supporting all administrative functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, colleague engagement, compliance, leaves, communications, safety, and employee relations. The PSO Coordinator will bring expertise in continuous improvement, HRIS systems, and analytics.
What You Will Do
The PSO Coordinator will assist with all areas of the employee life cycle activity, including recruiting and onboarding, conducting new hire orientations, providing entry-level payroll support, and collaborating with the benefits team. They will also maintain colleague records and data integrity within the Human Resources information systems, support the development of internal communications, and analyze processes to recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of related HR or administrative experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in administration or human resources
- HR Certification a plus
- Employee lifecycle experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving and influencing skills
- Comfortable making independent decisions and exercising managerial courage
- Working knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws within a multi-state company environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and daily demands
- 2 + years of Project Management skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to provide basic guidance to leaders related to people practices
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
