Job Description
As a People Operations Coordinator, this role supports the day‐to‐day operations of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on Total Rewards. The Coordinator ensures accurate administration, positive employee experiences, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office.
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in People Operations, HR coordination role, inclusive of internship experience.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different time zones.
  • Experience with BambooHR (preferred) or similar HRIS platforms; confident working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
  • Proactive, reliable, and resourceful—with a continuous improvement mindset and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach to employee support.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling company or global environment is a strong plus.
