Job Description
As a People Operations Coordinator, this role supports the day‐to‐day operations of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on Total Rewards. The Coordinator ensures accurate administration, positive employee experiences, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements
Hybrid role requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office.
2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in People Operations, HR coordination role, inclusive of internship experience.
Strong understanding of core HR functions.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different time zones.
Experience with BambooHR (preferred) or similar HRIS platforms; confident working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
Proactive, reliable, and resourceful—with a continuous improvement mindset and strong follow-through.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach to employee support.
Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling company or global environment is a strong plus.
