People Operations Generalist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or another related field is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Skilled in using HRIS systems, ATS, payroll, benefits administration software, and data management tools.
• Capability to identify problems, analyze data, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, company policies, compensation, benefits management, and conflict resolution.
• Efficient and accurate management of employee records, payroll data, scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasks.
