At Exa, we're building a next-gen embeddings based search engine for AI. We're looking for someone to join our People team and help build the systems behind how Exa hires, operates, and scales.

Requirements

  • Run end-to-end onboarding for every new hire
  • Coordinate international hires and contractors
  • Support visa and immigration cases
  • Own benefits administration
  • Keep HRIS and people data clean and accurate
  • Build trackers and systems for scaling
  • Support compliance work
  • Help plan offsites and team moments
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the employee experience
