What You Will Do
Responsible for People Operations services for North America, including payroll, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, employee database, administration, leaves of absence, relocation, immigration, HR compliance and reporting. Lead the People Operations team constructed of 5 direct reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, including Leaves and Accommodations, Immigration and Onboarding/Offboarding
- 2+ years of people leadership experience of an HR Operations service function with a focus on driving engagement and results
- 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably Success Factors
- Strong aptitude for technology, including automation and AI tools
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data to develop data-driven decisions
- Attention to the detail with an experience-driven approach to solving problems
