Fluidstack is looking for a People Partner to support their technical departments on people and performance matters. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with managers, understanding team dynamics, and influencing how leaders manage their people.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HRBP, People Partner, or similar embedded role supporting technical teams
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with managers and understand team dynamics, pain points, and open questions
  • Design thinking and problem-solving skills to find holistic solutions
  • Clarity, approachability, and precision in communication
  • Experience navigating performance challenges of technical teams and supporting managers through tough conversations
