Role OverviewGlanbia's People Success Organization (PSO) has an exciting opportunity for a People Success Partner to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers within a designated business unit.
What You Will Do
The People Success Partner will support their assigned business area with employee relations, new hire processes, talent acquisition and talent advancement activities, leaves of absence, data and reporting, and support broader HR initiatives as applicable.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience leading employee relations investigations of various complexity
- Bilingual Spanish
- Familiarity with HR Systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Experience in a tiered HR service delivery model using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
