The role involves crafting job descriptions, conducting phone screens, and onboarding programs, with opportunities for career growth in leadership and strategy.

Requirements

  • Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Attract and negotiate compensation packages and close all level candidates
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Support HR administration tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
  • Process various transactions in our HRIS (Gusto)
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and general company policies
