Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in diverse Human Resources positions with increasing scope and responsibility
  • 6+ years of expertise in employee relations
  • 6+ years of evaluating organizational systems, structures, and business strategies and staying current with industry trends
  • 6+ years of collaborating with management as a credible, trusted advisor
  • 6+ years of executing both short- and long-term HR and change management initiatives
  • 6+ years of HR experience supporting a large hourly workforce in a geographically matrixed organization
  • 6+ years of analyzing and interpreting data to produce reports that give insight into organizational performance
  • 6+ years of experience with data analysis, report writing, and presentation management
