Role OverviewThe Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM) is the fiscal backbone of the State of Ohio enterprise. As the PeopleSoft Techno-functional position, you work on the Requirements and Configuration Management (RACM) team on the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills to debug and provide root cause analysis of production support issues.
What You Will Do
Resolve complex issues by performing root cause analysis and delivering clear, step‐by‐step solutions. Develop functional design documentation for new customizations, including solution design, business purpose, functional requirements, test script creation, and execution of testing activities.

Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field
- 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering
- 12 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled
