Job Description
This position works with departments across UT Southwestern and is responsible for subject matter and technical expertise for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across PS HCM, with a focus on HR employee job and position data, Commitment Accounting, and Manager Self Service (MSS).

Requirements

  • Analysis and design of business systems and procedures
  • Providing functional design, and on-going support, for PeopleSoft HCM
  • Creation of clear, concise functional and technical requirements/specifications
  • Ability to work closely with the technical team
  • Leverage system functionality and analytics to provide customers with the ability to make data driven solutions
  • Communication with all levels of the organization
  • After-hours and on-call support
  • Maintaining status of existing integrations
  • Subject matter expertise and analysis for all audits
  • Analysis and improvement recommendations for Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) processing
  • Data and processes validation for PeopleSoft HCM Commitment Accounting
