Role OverviewThe PeopleSoft Human Capital/Enterprise Learning Development Lead will lead a team to implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications. The successful candidate will be conversant in development and delivery methodologies and maintain operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Develop a comprehensive project plan, lead project teams, communicate with stakeholders, identify potential risks, and ensure quality assurance processes meet defined standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of additional applicable experience
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience in working with Hyperion and other third-party systems
- Experience with cloud-based applications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and address project-related challenges, risks, and issues proactively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach
- Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and DB2
