Role Overview

The PeopleSoft Human Capital/Enterprise Learning Development Lead will lead a team to implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications. The successful candidate will be conversant in development and delivery methodologies and maintain operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Develop a comprehensive project plan, lead project teams, communicate with stakeholders, identify potential risks, and ensure quality assurance processes meet defined standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of additional applicable experience
  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience in working with Hyperion and other third-party systems
  • Experience with cloud-based applications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and address project-related challenges, risks, and issues proactively
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach
  • Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and DB2
