Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft PeopleTools Developer responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
What You Will Do
Install, configure, and operate PeopleSoft environments across development, test, training, and production. Lead PeopleTools upgrades, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image applications, and patch deployments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 12 or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
- Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.
- Experience administering Elasticsearch / OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling.
- Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

- Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
