Job Description
Jobgether is seeking a Peoplesoft Project Manager in the United States to lead the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management solutions for public sector clients. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Exposure to complex ERP environments is expected, with opportunities for mentorship and client impact.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in a project management role
  • At least 5 years leading full lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations (v9.2 experience required)
  • 2+ years consulting experience with public sector clients
  • Experience managing technical teams ranging from 1–20 consultants
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
