Role OverviewWe are seeking a Per Diem Floor Tech to join our dedicated team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
What You Will Do
Clean up spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed; maintain a work area free of hazardous conditions; keep work and storage areas in a clean, organized, sanitary, and safe condition.

Requirements
- Practical knowledge of day-to-day cleaning in a long-term care facility
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and make independent decisions
- Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with staff and vendors
