Role OverviewThe House Supervisor under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer provides supervisory support for staff working within their shift in the absence of the other management staff. They act as a clinical resource person to hospital and medical staff, addressing patient care, staffing, and other issues that may arise.
What You Will Do
Provides decision, supervisory, and clinical support to the staff, receives unit reports, coordinates patient assignments, determines priorities, and analyzes workload and staffing schedules.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse in WI
- BLS certification
- Ability to achieve ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
- A minimum of five (5) years' recent nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Supervisory experience is preferred
