Role OverviewThe Per Diem Maintenance Worker performs a variety of general maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility and grounds. This position helps ensure that building systems, equipment, resident areas, common areas, and grounds are safe, functional, and well maintained.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and respond to maintenance needs throughout the facility and grounds.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of maintenance experience
- General knowledge and experience with maintenance and repair functions
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform routine repairs safely and effectively
- Experience working in a healthcare, long-term care, or similar environment
- Current and valid State of Maine driver’s license
