The role involves administering Physical Therapy care to patients in their homes, working under the direction of the Rehabilitation Director. What You Will Do
Conduct home physical therapy visits, perform evaluations, and develop treatment plans. Instruct and educate patients on therapeutic exercises, safety, and fall prevention. Accurately document patient progress and communicate with supporting staff.
