The Physical Therapist will provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders, document findings, and provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and/or registration in the state of Maryland
