What You Will Do
Conduct home physical therapy visits, perform evaluations, and provide quality care to patients. You will assess and interpret evaluations and test results, determine physical therapy treatment plans, and instruct patients on safety and fall prevention.

Requirements
- Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy within the state of Massachusetts
- Possess and maintains current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Home care experience required
- 1 year of appropriate experience preferred
