What You Will Do
Conduct home physical therapy visits, perform evaluations, and provide quality care to patients. Meet patient goals and needs by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, determining physical therapy treatment plans, and instructing patients on safety and fall prevention.

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy within the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Home care experience required
