Requirements
- RN (Registered Nurse) with active (state) license
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or case management preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using EHR systems (experience with Kantime, Axxess, HCHB, or WellSky is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
