Performance Excellence Analyst - Government Operations Consultant III

As a member of the Organizational Development Team of the Florida Department of Health in Broward County, the Performance Excellence Analyst is responsible for improving the quality and efficiency of operations throughout the agency through analysis of business data and establishing improvements to processes and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

The role includes the use of advanced technical skills and tools such as Office 365, Project, Visio, Publisher, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and Excel for procedures, protocols, and process mapping.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic management principles and practices
