Job Description
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. We're looking for a Paid Social Manager who knows how to run global performance campaigns that actually convert.

Requirements

  • Own paid social performance globally: manage campaigns across major paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, etc.), optimizing for web and app conversions, subscriptions, and growth KPIs across multiple geographies and markets
  • Drive full-funnel results: manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing to consistently hit CPA and ROAS targets at scale
  • Expand and diversify our channel mix: evaluate and activate new platforms and formats as the business grows, bringing rigor and structure to how we test and scale them
  • Navigate app campaign complexity: own tracking setup, MMP integration (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), and mobile attribution nuance across platforms
  • Build with AI: use LLMs, Claude, and other AI tools daily to build agents, automate workflows, improve reporting, and find efficiencies that wouldn't exist otherwise — this is core to how we expect this role to operate
  • Partner with creative: own all creative analysis and give structured feedback on ad creative, brief new concepts, and drive iteration based on performance data
  • Own budget and forecasting: manage pacing across channels and markets, proactively reallocating spend to what’s working
  • Communicate with clarity: translate complex campaign data into sharp insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)
  • Continued / Creative Education Stipend
