Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining and driving data-led, cross-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth. You own the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, optimizing for customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience operating in environments where systems, processes, or measurement frameworks needed to be built or significantly improved
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and testing to drive continuous performance improvement
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, WW Market Marketing, and agency partners
