Role OverviewThe Private Markets Finance Group is looking to hire a Performance Specialist who will be responsible for performance calculation, tracking and monitoring as it relates to the private markets business funds, mandates and separate accounts.
What You Will Do
Calculation of Fund, Separate Account and Mandate performance across the Private Markets platform, calculation of portfolio level performance and assistance in model portfolio construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting theory and fund accounting and financial reporting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years accounting/finance/valuation experience
- CIPM, CPA and/or CFA a plus, but not required
- Technical understanding of IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, time-weighted rates of return and time series calculations
- Familiarity with multiple fund structures and calculations
- High degree of proficiency in Excel
