The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, performance testing SDLC executions, and developing performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices.
What You Will Do
The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years' experience with LoadRunner enterprise, ALM, and UFT, and a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Strong preference for candidates with a Master's degree program.
