Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be placed in the classification in which they meet minimum qualifications. Work will be performed in the Summit County Garage, 6155 Chittenden Road, Hudson, OH 44236. The selected candidate will serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer.
What You Will Do
Perform highway maintenance activities, including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing. Perform snow & ice operations. Attend training to obtain CDL licensure; if not already a licensed CDL holder.

Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary.
- Must obtain Class B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction.
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction.
