Role OverviewThe Permitting Compliance Manager will act as primary regulatory contact and expert for all permitting, reporting and regulatory actions and regulatory agency issues within the organization. They will review and interpret analytical data related to air, water, and waste, and assist local management with processes and procedures to remain below permit and regulatory limits.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include identifying all applicable environmental regulations, permitting requirements and reporting requirements, providing regulatory support for active acquisitions, and working with internal/external operations teams to ensure permit conditions are being met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science, healthcare, or environmental discipline, and five or more years of experience managing customer compliance programs. They will be able to analyze customer situations, understand customer needs, and act upon them in a way that satisfies the customer beyond expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science, healthcare, or environmental discipline
- Five or more years of experience managing customer compliance programs
- Experience with environmental regulations including, but not limited to EPA, DOT, and standards and codes
- Ability to analyze customer situations, understand customer needs, and act upon them in a way that satisfies the customer beyond expectations
