Job Description
The NYC Department of Buildings is seeking a Permit Processing Associate to perform administrative work related to the intake, review, and processing of permit applications and associated records. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and Department standards, while delivering high-quality customer service and supporting permit renewals within a targeted 90-day turnaround.
Requirements
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
One year of administrative or supervisory experience
Possession of one of the following: a high school diploma or its equivalent, or 60 semester credits from an accredited college
