Role Overview

As a Permitting Business Strategy & Analytics Senior Advisor, you will provide enterprise-level strategy and analytics leadership for CPO, transforming permitting data into actionable insights that guide forecasting, workforce planning, risk mitigation, and operational performance. This role has broad impact by creating scalable analytics frameworks, improving leadership visibility, and helping the organization move from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Your work will involve driving the delivery of analytical support to the enterprise, optimizing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, which enables successful completion of key business operations projects. You will also act as a key consultant to stakeholders, presenting complex analytical findings and making recommendations as to their impact on business operations.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of experience in business operations analysis
  • Experience leading enterprise-level strategy, analytics, forecasting, or operational performance initiatives within an electric utility, infrastructure, construction, or regulated environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and translate complex business data into strategic recommendations that drive organizational decisions
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Regulatory, IT, operations, and/or external agency partners
  • Experience establishing performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, governance standards, and forecasting models that improve executive visibility and accountability
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, including T&D construction planning, permitting, resource planning, capital work execution, or agency coordination
  • Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement, process optimization, change management, or enterprise transformation efforts
  • Ability to mentor analysts/advisors, build organizational analytics capability, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams
