Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior management.
Requirements
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Maintain confidential records and documents with a high level of discretion
Assist with personal and professional tasks as assigned
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
