Role OverviewWe are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening, and activities of daily living. The role requires a caring heart and willingness to serve others. The ideal candidate will be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include supporting residents with memory and performance improvement programs, light housekeeping and laundry, assisting with dining, and keeping residents engaged and happy.

Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
- CPR/First Aid, preferred
- Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience working with older adults preferred
