Job Description
Citizens First Bank is hiring a Personal Banker at our Downtown Ocala Branch! As a Personal Banker, you'll build relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and drive growth. You'll be the face of our bank, providing exceptional service and guiding customers towards their financial goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year in a customer service/retail environment
One to two years as a Teller
Must be able to complete ICBA’s Universal Banker Certificate Program within first year of hire
Must be detail oriented, have good general math skills, letter composition and typing skills
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and skilled in using a 10-key calculator
Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress and must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision
Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior
