Role OverviewPersonal Bankers build professional relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver valuable products and services. They work in a fast-paced environment, resolving problems, and promoting bank products and services.
What You Will Do
Provides excellent client service, promotes bank products, achieves sales goals, and develops relationships with business partners. Opens accounts, processes transactions, and recommends other bank products.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and sales skills. Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous banking experience preferred
- 6 months in a client service experience role preferred
- 6 months sales experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered
- Ability to obtain a state notary license
