Job Description
We're a customer-focused team dedicated to building relationships and helping people achieve their financial goals. As a Personal Banker, you'll be the go-to partner for clients, opening accounts, assisting with loans, and connecting customers to the right products and services.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment
NMLS certification (within 1 year of employment)
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Solid technical skills, including comfort with banking systems and digital tools
Active listening and customer service mindset
Business Insight: Understands business operations, market trends, and applies knowledge to drive results
Customer Focus: Delivers tailored solutions, exceeds expectations, and builds strong customer relationships
Interpersonal Savvy: Builds positive relationships across levels, functions, and cultures with diplomacy and tact
