Job Description
Tri Counties Bank is seeking a Personal Banker or Senior Banker to establish and grow relationships with customers, listen to their financial needs, and introduce them to products and services that address their goals.

Requirements

  • Conduct an average of 12 or more customer conversations daily
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reviews sales results with Branch Manager
  • Ensure all customer transactions are handled accurately and timely according to guidelines
  • Maintain a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures
  • Assist in training branch team members on product knowledge and skill development
