Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our growing team at Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova. This Full Time PCA role involves providing care and assistance to residents, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and promoting a positive work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Provides care, supervision and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Changes linens, collects soiled linens, and distributes clean linens as required.
  • Maintains residents' rooms, bathrooms, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Assists with personal care functions, including grooming, haircare, shaving, and ordinary care of nails, teeth, and mouth.
  • Provides direction and assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, transfers, eating, and taking weights as directed.
